CCUSA BENEFITS & SERVICES:

  • Selection: CCUSA accepts only the highest quality applicants and personally conducts a face-to-face interview with each one. Only applicants meeting our stringent criteria and passing our review process are accepted onto the program.
  • Placement: Your CCUSA Placement Coordinator may suggest applicants for you to review based on your camp's specific needs. You may also review and hire applicants anytime through our Staff Online website.
  • Insurance: CCUSA provides comprehensive travel insurance for each participant for the duration of their camp contract period.
  • Background Checks: CCUSA requires all participants to obtain a criminal background check in their home country as a condition for participation on our program.
  • Health History Forms: CCUSA participants are required to have a their physician complete a CCUSA Health History form, which they are required to bring to camp with them.
  • Work Permits:  CCUSA is partnered with a respected Canadian immigration firm to provide expert guidance on work permit documentation.
  • Travel: CCUSA assists with international travel plans for all counselors and support staff.
  • Support: CCUSA conducts orientations for participants in their home countries to help prepare them for working at summer camp. Upon arrival in Canada, participants also receive an in-person or virtual assistance obtaining their Social Insurance Numbers.  During the camp season, CCUSA provides a 24-hour on call service to answer and respond to any emergency needs.
  • Free to Register: Review staff applications for free, no hiring minimums and no annual fee!
  • Camp Director Support: CCUSA provides a dedicated Placement Coordinator who will work with you throughout the season to assist you with your staffing needs, travel queries and any other information you need. 
  • Camp Directors Fairs: CCUSA offers virtual hiring fairs, allowing you the opportunity to hire from a variety of countries in the comfort of your office.
  • Camp Web Access: Each camp working with CCUSA will have their own ‘Camp Web Access’ account, which provides 24/7 access to all your CCUSA information
    • Search, review and hire staff at anytime through your online account
    • View the progress of your staff’s travel to camp
    • Update your camp needs and profile
    • Review your invoice and pay your bill directly online
    • Find helpful information to prepare for the summer season
