Have questions? We have answers! Most of the frequent questions we get regarding the volunteer programs are answered below. Browse through the list of the questions in the categories below. Of course, if your question hasn't been answered, don't hesitate to contact us.

GETTING STARTED

We recommend you complete your application as soon as possible. This will ensure you have plenty of time to prepare and there will be space on the program you are interest in. You can also take advantage of good flight deals the sooner you purchase.
It is compulsory for you to purchase CCUSA’s travel insurance covering you for the duration of your time volunteering, which must include work and emergency evacuation. Please make sure you understand how your medical insurance will work as CCUSA will be unable to pay for any medical costs in lieu of being refunded by the medical plan. A copy of the insurance plan will be provided for you to review.
Once accepted to the program, fees are paid, and you have chosen a volunteer project, CCUSA will assist you in booking your flights accordingly.
Complete the online application form, print and return this form to our CCUSA office with two passport photos and your application fee. Once your documents are received, a CCUSA representative will contact you to set-up a Skype interview.
